At Artist Handles, we focus our logistical expertise exclusively on the 48 contiguous United States. By narrowing our reach, we ensure that every sculptural piece is handled with the precision and speed our clients expect.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times
Because our finishes are hand-inspected and curated to order, please allow the following windows for dispatch from our studio:

Signature Collections: 2–4 business days.

Bespoke Finishes: 4–6 weeks (as noted on individual product pages).
Domestic Rates & Service
We provide fully insured, signature-required shipping via FedEx Priority and UPS Ground to all addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Standard Insured Shipping: Flat rate of $15 (Complimentary on orders over $500).

Expedited Overnight: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Our Quality Guarantee
We take immense pride in the "heft" and finish of our hardware. If a piece does not meet your aesthetic or functional expectations, we offer a refined return process.
The Return Window
Items in their original, uninstalled condition with all architectural mounting hardware and signature packaging included may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Process & Fees

Initiate: Email us with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Ship: We will provide a pre-paid insured shipping label. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the hand-inspection and artisan repackaging of the hardware.

Refund: Once our studio confirms the item is in pristine condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or bespoke finish orders.

Items that have been installed or show signs of mounting.

"Final Gallery" (Clearance) items.
Damaged or Defective Goods
In the rare event that a piece arrives with a structural defect, please notify us within 48 hours of arrival. Provide photographic evidence of the packaging and the product, and we will prioritize a direct replacement at no additional cost to you.
